We are seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full time Monday-Friday, Family Medicine Provider Float position.

This position will have a home base at our UHS Primary Care Upper Front Street site and travel would be limited to assigned practices within a 30-mile radius of the home base practice. The successful applicant will cover providers patient panels while they are out for disability, FMLA, and/or vacation time. Providers may also perform acute tele-medicine visits from their home base practice.
Family Nurse Practitioners must possess a current New York State license as an RN and Family Nurse Practitioner. Physician Assistants likewise must possess a current license to practice in New York State.

Salary Range: $126,300 - $148,600 annually
