Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Surprise, AZ

NextCare Urgent Care is seeking an energetic and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Surprise, Arizona. Enjoy a fast-paced, full-scope urgent care and occupational medicine environment where you’ll see patients of all ages and practice with clinical autonomy and team support.

Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (including weekends/holidays as needed)
Hourly Rate: $65–$80/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 + Shift Incentives + Productivity Bonus
