ThedaCare Froedtert, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our New London, WI location. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a traditional outpatient established practice with a collaborative and quality driven provider team.
In this role, you'll have the backing of a respected health system, and the collaboration of collegial Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. We're committed to giving you the tools, staff, and support you need to focus on what you do best - caring for patients.
Practice Highlights:
Clinic Hours: M-F 7:00a-7:00p, S 8:00a-2:00p
Call Rotation: 1:14 weekends and 2-3 weekdays every month. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

New London, a community of 7,200, is located in Northeastern Wisconsin, a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and city dwellers alike. The community is located in Waupaca County, which has a population of nearly 52,000.
