What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care in a new 10-bed Level I nursery
- Conduct daily rounds on newborns and manage deliveries upon request
- Stabilize and facilitate transports of newborns requiring higher-level care
- Collaborate with a team of NNPs, neonatologists, and support staff
- Support the setup and operational success of a new nursery unit
- Potentially assist at nearby Level III NICU in Gastonia, if interested
- Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards
What You Need
- Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- 2+ years of relevant NNP experience (excluding RN experience)
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts and respond to call duties
- Strong neonatal assessment, stabilization, and transport skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality neonatal care
