Job Description: As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in this dynamic and highly specialized setting you will:Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers NNPs/PAsDeliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60Manage complex and critical neonatal cases including ELBW infantsUtilize advanced technologies such as:Neonatal ECMOJet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilationInhaled nitric oxide iNOWhole-body cooling for HIEParticipate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teamsCollaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists including cardiovascular surgeryIntegrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem PICU CVICU pediatric ERContribute to a high-performing compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes Not accepting Locums candidates Not open to visa candidatesCompensation and Benefits: and qualified dependents This is more than just a job—it's a career-launching opportunity!
