Pay & Benefits
  • Average Rate: $135,626.50 USD annually
  • Benefits: Sign-on bonus (discussible), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits including 6% match, generous PTO, CME allowance, licensing and professional fee allowance, paid interview expenses, onsite employee health and wellness clinic, onsite childcare and learning center

What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert oncology care primarily in an outpatient setting with occasional inpatient consults
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and support staff
  • Perform procedures and assessments within your scope of practice
  • Communicate effectively with referring clinicians and patients to ensure quality care
  • Participate in clinical trials and cancer support services
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EPIC)
  • Support the hospital's commitment to compassionate, evidence-based oncology treatment
What You Need
Required:
  • Board Certified in a relevant specialty
  • Valid Oregon license or eligibility
  • Experience in oncology or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of EPIC EMR system

Preferred:
  • Prior outpatient oncology experience
  • Experience with clinical trials
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
