Join Our Dynamic Healthcare Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine

We are seeking dedicated Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional urgent and emergency care across multiple locations. What You'll Do:
- Deliver urgent and emergency medical care to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up).
- Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and more.
- Manage a diverse case mix in urgent care settings, handling an average of up to 20 patients per day.
- Work independently as the sole provider, coordinating with onsite support staff and a supervising physician for APPs.
- Utilize Epic EMR for charting and documentation, following structured training to ensure proficiency.
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused care across a variety of cases, contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 12 months of relevant clinical experience in urgent or emergency care settings.
- Board-certified or NCCPA-certified Physician Assistants or Family Nurse Practitioners.
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system (training provided).
- Ability to independently evaluate and treat patients with confidence.
- Strong communication and soft skills for effective patient and team interactions.
- BLS certification.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, or ear irrigations.
- Prior experience working in multiple clinical sites within a 65-mile radius.
- Familiarity with pediatric and adult urgent care patient populations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active board certification in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner credentials.
- At least one year of direct experience in urgent or emergency medicine.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled shifts starting from December 9, 2025.
- Willingness and availability to support multiple site locations within the specified radius.
- Successful completion of clinical interview, EMR training, and onboarding prior to first solo shift.
- Mileage reimbursement only; travel expenses are not covered.
- No call requirements; supervision provided by a supervising physician for APPs.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
