In this vital role, you will serve as the sole provider for adult and pediatric patients, delivering urgent care services including minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations. You will work with a dedicated support staff, utilizing EPIC electronic health records, and ensure seamless patient care across multiple locations within a 65-mile radius. Your clinical proficiency, soft skills, and ability to work independently will be key to your success.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Board-certified (PA or NP) with NCCPA or relevant boards
• Valid PA Certification or Family NP Certification
• BLS certification
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
• Ability to independently see and treat all ages from 6 months and up
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of performing minor procedures (e.g., I&D, lac repair)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice settings
• Comfort with minor procedures such as ear irrigation and wound repairs
• Prior experience working with pediatric and adult populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active certification in PA or NP with a minimum of 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• Recent graduates are not considered

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work at multiple locations within a 65-mile radius
• No call responsibilities
• Willingness to undergo EMR training and participate in onboarding prior to first solo shift
• Travel and lodging are not reimbursed; mileage will be provided
