Are you a compassionate, skilled Physician Assistant eager to make a difference in patient care? We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality urgent care services across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work independently while collaborating with supportive staff, delivering comprehensive care to diverse patient populations.

In this vital role, you will serve as the primary provider for adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older), performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely, efficient, and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. The position offers flexibility within a 65-mile radius of your residence and involves working in various urgent care settings, utilizing Epic EMR with dedicated training.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant
• Board certification (NCCPA or equivalent) and valid PA license
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Ability to independently evaluate and treat patients of all ages
• Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and patient rapport
• Capacity to perform minor procedures confidently
• Flexibility to support multiple locations within the specified radius

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice
• Familiarity with pediatric care
• Prior experience working with Epic EMR in a clinical setting
• Ability to handle a patient load of up to 20 PPD

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Accredited Physician Assistant program completion
• At least 12 months of urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice experience

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to start by 12/09/2025
• Ability to work independently without supervision, supported by offsite supervising physicians
• No travel reimbursement provided; mileage only
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with support staff and patients effectively
• Willingness to work in multiple urgent care locations as needed
