VHS is looking for a qualified Physicians Assistant - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit.

• Description: Looking for Full Time Locums APP. Scope of Practice 24-hour call coverage, 3–4 days per week Team Structure 2 Cardiovascular Surgeons 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Procedures Performed Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS) Thoracotomies Lobectomies Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Repairs Arterial Bypasses Aortic Valve Replacements Responsibilities Inpatient rounding Surgical consults Emergency Room call coverage Clinic 1 day/week. ( 15-20 post op patients) Program Volume Approximately 90 surgeries/procedures per month
• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
