VHS is looking for a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists - Obstetrics.

• Description: Job ID #: 3086455 Specialty: CRNA Contract Length: 1 year contracts. Schedule: 40-hours per week guaranteed - M-F 8am-5pm No call no weekends. Work Details: ·Support Staff: Currently Independent practice – CRNAs perform their own Pre-Op Regional Blocks encourage but not required etc. They are not directly supervised by MDAs so must be comfortable with no supervision/being independent. A physician is typically available to assist for difficulties but CRNAs should plan to be independent providers. ·Department description: Trauma Level 3 ·Case Mix: It would be OB 25-50 and OR 50-75. MUST be comfy with OB. There are an avg of 1500 births annually at Nampa. The types of cases they do- Ortho Gyn ENT only healthy peds 1-2 level back fusions laminectomies Davinci Gyn and urology Endo cardioversions and peds dental. ·EMR: EPIC ·Hospital bed size: 150 Practice Setting: •Hospital Requirements: ·Board Certification: BC required ·License required: Open to licensing. ·DEA: yes ·CSR: yes ·Minimum experience required: 1 year *Credentialing Timeframe: about 30 days if licensed. up to 60-75 days if non-licensed pending license Name Clear: Need name license status and NPI No Local Candidates Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
