Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $215,000+

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other behavioral health conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle interventions
• Collaborate with primary care, health coaches, and behavioral health teams for whole-person care
• Educate and empower patients on mental health, wellness strategies, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in NextGen EHR
• Participate in team meetings, collaboration sessions, and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or eligibility to obtain
• Board certification as a PMHNP required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong interest in functional, lifestyle, and integrative mental health approaches
• Excellent communication and patient-relationship skills
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records (NextGen preferred)
