Job Description

The Providence Heart Institute, the largest provider of cardiovascular care in Oregon, is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician associate with Cardiology experience. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding and well-supported team at Providence Reeds Crossing, caring for general Cardiology patients. The team diagnoses and treats the full spectrum of cardiac conditions and offers a full range of general Cardiology to subspecialty services. The general cardiologists and expert nursing staff provide personalized care and connect patients to other Providence heart specialists, when needed.

Position Details:

  • Full-time outpatient position
  • Monday to Friday schedule, with potential for flexible hours
  • No call or weekend requirements
  • Diagnose and treat full spectrum of cardiac conditions that includes arrhythmia, HF, Afib, coronary artery disease, etc
  • Will see both routine follow-up patients as well as prescribe and diagnose
  • Majority of time will be seeing patients in clinic; potential for some virtual visits and in-basket time

  • Acute Care NPs or PAs welcome to apply
  • At least 1 year of post-graduate experience preferred

The Providence Heart Institute is an integrated cardiovascular service line with more than 80 specialists serving hospital and clinic locations throughout Oregon and southwest Washington. In addition, the program is a hub for vast data registries in cardiovascular care, including the Center for Cardiovascular Analytics, Research and Data Science (CARDS).
