HonorHealth Orthopedics is seeking a skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing sports medicine team on the East Mesa campus at Four Peaks Medical Center.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (day schedule)
• Monthly ER and practice call
• 50% clinic / 50% operating room
• First assist experience required
• Orthopedic experience strongly preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality orthopedic care in both clinic and OR settings
• First assist in a variety of orthopedic surgical procedures
• Evaluate and manage pre-op and post-op patients
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support ER consults and after-hours needs during call rotations

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed PA or NP with active Arizona credentials (or ability to obtain)
• Proven first-assist competency
• Orthopedic background or strong interest in the specialty
• A team-oriented provider who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
