VHS is looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care.

• City: Atlanta
• State: GA
• Start Date: Pending Privileges
• End Date: TBD
• Description: Coverage: Adult Primary Care Volume: 20 patients per day Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 Dates of Coverage Jan - End of March (Q1) Our 1st need is January 5th, however this will be dependent upon how quickly the provider can be credentialed. We will also need time to complete a protocol agreement with the GCMB. Epic Training is every other week 8-4:30p. Epic training can only happen after credentialing and must be completed before the provider can start.
• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
