Competitive Pay & Flexible Shifts:

• $95,056.00 - $185,848.00
• Additional compensation of $1000.00 for additional / extra day shifts worked; $1250.00 for additional / extra night shifts worked.
• This position is primarily nights. Six (6) clinical shifts, and one professional development shift, per pay period.

Your Role as an NP or PA in the Cardiovascular ICU

• Manages critically ill adult population and serves as a resource throughout for intensive care interventions.
• Performs patient assessments to provide exceptional patient focused care.
• May assist with admissions and triage.
• Manages the day-to-day patient care from ICU to step down to discharge.
• Is an integral member and collaborates with a multidisciplinary health care team for optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education:

• Master's of Science for Nurse Practitioners OR;
• Bachelor of Science for Physician Assistants

Experience:

• 1 year required related experience; critical care experience required.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification OR;
• PA-C Physician Assistant Certification
