Yakima Pediatrics needs an ARNP with extensive pediatric experience (Ped NP or FNP) to oversee all aspects of pediatric medical care and delivery in this leadership role at our large, single specialty practice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- As a key member of CHCW Management Team, the Site Medical Director (SMD) provides leadership, direction, vision, and executes the organizational strategic plan, growth and expansion of services, participates in medical decision-making, and development of policies
- Collaborates on standardization of pediatric clinical protocols and workflows across the organization
- Participates in the recruitment of clinical staff and assists with site specific onboarding process
- Works closely with CMO and COO to provide direction regarding all clinical issues
- Collaborates with the clinic manager regarding general operations of the clinic
- Supervises providers
- Maintains a clinical practice with dedicated time for SMD responsibilities and meetings

COMPENSATION & PERKS
- Base Salary: $150,000k-$173,500k. Salary range is based on encounters per patient clinic days (18-26 tier level), Site Medical Director oversight, and experience. Additional financial add-ons include an engagement incentive, and DNP qualification (if applicable)

QUALIFICATIONS
- ARNP, MSN required with Pediatric NP certification preferred
- Prefer a minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric/adolescent patient population
- Prior leadership roles are highly desirable
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license
- DEA certificate
- Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid
