Practice Highlights

  • BHC needed to work with various primary care teams at any of our CHCW clinics using the PCBH model of care.
  • Works in conjunction with the PCP and team to provide brief behavioral and cognitive interventions in a variety of visit types.
  • May provide didactic and in vivo practice training to FM residents, med students, doctoral psych students, and other learners in integrated behavioral health.
  • Available for warm hand-offs with same day and scheduled consults.
  • Enjoy a flexible workweek with dedicated clinical hours and admin/education time
  • Spanish speaking will be a big plus in our vibrant, bilingual community
  • We use OCHIN EPIC for a seamless EMR experience

Compensation And Perks

  • Base Salary: $87,598-$130,998 DOE (masters-doctorate level). Additional incentive for meeting engagement/quality goals.

Qualifications

  • WA independent license required ( i.e. LICSW, LCSW, LMFT), or psychologist license.
  • Master’s degree, PhD., PsyD., or EdD in psychology or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Prior experience working as a BHC or working in a residency, or clinical training setting is preferred.
