- Pay Rate: $136,822 – $179,379 annually (based on experience)
- Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP; relocation bonus up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive overnight trauma and emergency general surgery care
- Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
- Manage trauma and emergency surgery patients across inpatient settings
- Support trauma surgeons with procedures and patient management
- Collaborate autonomously with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Document all care in Epic EMR system
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and medical staff bylaws
- Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and educational activities
What You Need
- Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years trauma surgery or surgical fellowship experience preferred
- Ability to perform assessments, diagnostics, and management independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- DEA license, BLS certified (ACLS preferred)
- No newly licensed practitioners; prior trauma/surgical experience required
