New York Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urology team in Washington Heights, New York. In this role, you will provide patient-centered care through evaluations, follow-up visits, and treatment planning in close collaboration with experienced physicians. Salary Transparency:

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary Range: between $138,000 - $175,000 annually
