
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Critical Care Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Extensive ICU and Trauma medicine knowledge required.
Our APPs perform initial assessments of the injured patient, admissions, procedures, education, and discharges, all while working collaboratively with a team of board-certified trauma and critical care surgeons.
Duties: Manage critically ill patients in the intensive care unit, including but not limited to Surgical Trauma ICU / Cardiothoracic/Transplant ICU & ECMO ICU.
Criteria: Board Certified ACNP / AGACNP or PA with ICU or trauma surgery/ ICU experience. Active TX license, DEA, ACLS and PALS. Must be Board Certified. MUST have post-graduate experience in the ICU setting. Procedures preferred - such as intubations, central line placement, arterial line placement and point of care ultrasound capabilities.
Shifts: 13-hour shifts. Rotation of days and night shifts and weekends. Nocturnists welcome.
Offering: W2 status, competitive annual salary based on experience and paid malpractice. $2500 annual CME allowance, medical, dental, vision and retirement. Night shift differential, metric bonus, matching funds into HSA, plus profit sharing into the 401K.
