Required Skills:

• Valid and current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Proven ability to perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on primary care and disease prevention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective patient relationships
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient or community health settings
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
• Advanced proficiency with telehealth platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an NP, preferably in family or primary care settings
• Current BLS/ACLS certification

Other Requirements:

• Must hold an unrestricted license to practice as an NP in the designated state
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on patient needs
• Travel reimbursements and licensing support provided when applicable

Compensation for this position is $1.00 per hour.
