Post-Acute Advanced Practice Clinician in Erwin, TN

Join TeamHealth's growing post-acute care team in Erwin, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care as a primary care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) for patients at skilled nursing facilities. Target rounding is 5 days per week.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Expected compensation is an estimated range of $119,584 to $141,501 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

We ask that candidates have a current Tennessee NP or PA license and DEA. Previous post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
