Required Skills:

• Valid and current NP or PA license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in pain management or related specialty
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Ability to float between multiple locations with flexibility and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in pain management or anesthesia
• Experience with advanced pain management techniques and procedures
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of pain management experience
• Current BLS/ACLS certification

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Local candidates only, capable of floating between two designated sites
• Ability to adapt to different clinical settings
• Travel and license reimbursements as applicable
