Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and counsel patients on wellness strategies.
• Document patient encounters accurately and collaborate with healthcare providers for coordinated care.
