APP Family Medicine

• Make a difference in a small Alaskan community with a big heart
• Patient Volume: Really get to know your patients seeing an average of 5 - 8 patients per day (1-hour appointments). Keep all of your provider skills sharp with a practice consisting of primary care plus urgent and emergent care.
• Workweek: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with telemedicine included.
• Call Schedule: Shared call with an after-hours virtual urgent care = only come in for true emergencies.
• Compensation salary: $146,793 to 163,103 based on years of experience, with additional productivity bonus based on wRVUs, and quality incentives.
• Additional $500 per call shift in excess of 5 call nights per month
• Financial incentives: $27,500 Geographic Differential Stipend, Sign-On Bonus and relocation assistance.
