Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification in good standing
• Proven clinical experience in primary care or family practice
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and best practices

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities
• Experience in rural or underserved settings
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as an NP in a primary care setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to start on or before March 2, 2026
• AirBnB housing preferred over hotel/motel accommodations when applicable
• Willingness to travel, when required, with reimbursements provided for travel, licensure, and certification costs
• Compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding licensure and employment
