Education, Training, & Experience

• PA/ACNP
• Experience in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Internal Medicine preferred.

• Acute Care Certification (ACNP) required for NPs/Board Certification via NCCPA for Physician Assistants.

• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives.
• Desire to be part of a growing and high-volume outpatient practice.

Practice Overview

• Team currently includes three Interventional Neurology / Endovascular Neurosurgeons and one APP.
• Responsibilities include thorough neurovascular assessments to help care for patients diagnosed with brain aneurysms, subarachnoid hemorrhage and acute stroke in collaboration with physician colleagues.
• Prepare complex patients for surgical intervention in tandem with surgeon.
• EMR - EPIC
• Schedule consists of alternating weekend coverage, resulting in an average of five workdays per week.
• The ideal candidate will possess a mature, calm, even-keeled personality and compassionate manner. A self-starter mentality and excellent work ethic along with a positive, flexible attitude are critical.
