Overview
This role involves providing specialized electrophysiology (EP) cardiology coverage, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care in a busy clinical setting. The selected providers will be instrumental in managing challenging cardiac cases, working closely with cardiologists and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Full-time positions are available, with scheduling starting as soon as possible.

Required Skills

• Valid NP or PA license in good standing
• Proven experience in cardiology, specifically electrophysiology (EP) preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
• Familiarity with EP procedures and cardiac device management

Nice to Have Skills

• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Prior experience in a hospital or specialty clinic setting
• Knowledge of cardiac device troubleshooting and management
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (PAS)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in cardiology, with a focus on electrophysiology or implantable devices

Other Requirements

• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to noon
• OT pay for hours exceeding 40 per week
• Willingness to assist in travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements as applicable
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, specialized environment

Compensation is competitive, with pay at $1.00 per hour. We offer weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time per applicable laws, and ongoing support from our dedicated team.
