• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Valid Urology Certification or relevant specialization
• Proven experience in urological care or surgical support

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to float between multiple sites as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with OR/call assistance
• Familiarity with medical documentation systems
• Additional certifications in advanced practice nursing

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing (FNP/ANP or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urology or surgical settings

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float between two sites as required
• Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and credentialing standards
• Ability to work during available shifts, including potential call duties
