Post-Acute Advanced Practice Clinician in Jefferson City, TN

Join TeamHealth's post-acute care team in the Jefferson City, Tennessee, area. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care as a primary care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) for patients at skilled nursing facilities. Target weekday rounding is 5 days per week.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position where expected compensation is an estimated range of $119,584 to $141,501 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

We ask that you have an active Tennessee license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
