Key Responsibilities:

• Provide adult primary care services across two locations: Lawrenceville (Tuesdays, 10 hours) and Snellville (2-3 days, 10 hours each day)
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care protocols
• Complete required documentation and protocols with the Georgia Composite Medical Board (GCMB)
• Participate in Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) training sessions (bi-weekly, 8 am - 4:30 pm) after credentialing and prior to start date

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current and valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Georgia
• Proven experience in adult primary care or similar clinical settings
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in Emergency Medicine or Geriatrics
• Prior experience with Epic EMR system
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or other languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in adult medicine

Other Requirements:

• Ability to complete Epic EMR training prior to start date
• Willingness to complete protocol agreement with GCMB
• Reliable transportation to multiple clinic sites
• Flexibility to cover shifts on scheduled days and participate in ongoing training
