Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) - Emergency Medicine Central Ohio

Join the team at Community Health Partners/OSU Physicians in Providing Emergency Medicine Care in Central Ohio. 

Our team currently has a full-time opening at both locations. Accepting a PA or NP with EM experience.

Approximately 1.5 hours west of Columbus | 50 minutes northwest of Dayton
Wilson Health
915 Michigan St, Sidney, OH 45365
1.5 hours NW of Columbus | 40 minutes North of Dayton

Shift schedule: 12 hour shifts

Scope of Practice

The APP will provide comprehensive emergency care, including but not limited to:

• Evaluation and management of low- to moderate-acuity emergency patients
• Performing history and physical examinations
• Ordering, interpreting, and documenting diagnostic studies
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Performing common ED procedures within credentialed scope
• Patient and family education

Physician Assistant (PA):

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• PAC certification (NCCPA)
• Current Ohio Physician Assistant licensure (or eligibility)

Nurse Practitioner (NP):

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• National Nurse Practitioner certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Current Ohio Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure (or eligibility)

Community Health Partners (CHP) provides regional/community-based hospitals emergency department, hospitalist, and urgent care provider staffing throughout Ohio. Through a joint venture between OSUP Community Outreach and Community Emergency Medicine Partners, the group is committed to improving local continuity of care and patient outcomes.
