Harbor Health is searching for a team-oriented Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Physician’s Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX!

Providers will work in and co-create an innovative, team-based care environment to deliver primary care and preventive services to employed persons and their families. Free from constraints of fee-for-service, the team is redesigning care to achieve better health and experience while reducing waste
