Physician Assistant - Family Practice, Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care, Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine

We are seeking dedicated Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations, both adults and pediatrics (6 months+). Required Skills:
- Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent care or primary care settings
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Board certification: NCCPA for PA or recognized family nurse practitioner certification
- Valid BLS certification
- NC DEA license
- Ability to treat patients of all ages, including pediatrics (6 months+) and adults
- Excellent soft skills for effective communication and teamwork
- Ability to work independently as the sole provider at multiple sites
- Capable of performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in multiple urgent care centers
- Prior experience floating between locations
- Additional certifications in advanced procedures
- Familiarity with high-volume patient care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Active medical license in North Carolina
- 1+ year of urgent or family practice experience in a fast-paced environment
- Recent experience with Epic EMR
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to float within a 60-mile radius of your residence
- Participate in mandatory EMR and onboarding training scheduled on Wednesdays
- Must pass a clinical screening exam
- No travel or lodging reimbursement, availability for mileage reimbursement only
- References and credentialing documentation required prior to onboarding
