Physician Assistant - Family Practice, Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care, Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine

We are seeking dedicated Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations, both adults and pediatrics (6 months+). Required Skills:

• Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience in urgent care or primary care settings
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Board certification: NCCPA for PA or recognized family nurse practitioner certification
• Valid BLS certification
• NC DEA license
• Ability to treat patients of all ages, including pediatrics (6 months+) and adults
• Excellent soft skills for effective communication and teamwork
• Ability to work independently as the sole provider at multiple sites
• Capable of performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in multiple urgent care centers
• Prior experience floating between locations
• Additional certifications in advanced procedures
• Familiarity with high-volume patient care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active medical license in North Carolina
• 1+ year of urgent or family practice experience in a fast-paced environment
• Recent experience with Epic EMR

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float within a 60-mile radius of your residence
• Participate in mandatory EMR and onboarding training scheduled on Wednesdays
• Must pass a clinical screening exam
• No travel or lodging reimbursement, availability for mileage reimbursement only
• References and credentialing documentation required prior to onboarding
