We are seeking highly skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide exceptional emergency medicine coverage at McLaren Greater Lansing. Required Skills:

• Valid NP or PA license in Michigan
• Board Certification in Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
• Prior experience in emergency medicine or urgent care settings
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR or similar electronic medical record systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working in a Level 3 trauma or emergency department
• Familiarity with fast track patient flow and triage procedures
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience managing pediatric and adult emergencies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine or urgent care experience
• Prior locum or temporary staffing experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Proof of immunizations including Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, COVID-19, TB screening, and TDAP
• Ability to clock in/out using DocTime (no timesheets)
• Willingness to work the 11a-11p shift, seven days a week
• Eligible to work in the United States without restrictions
