What you will need to succeed:

• Current Pennsylvania State PA or NP license
• Proven experience in gastroenterology or a related specialty
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Additional skills that would set you apart:

• Bilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish)
• Procedural skills related to GI procedures (e.g., endoscopies)
• Prior experience in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Familiarity with practice management software

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in gastroenterology or similar specialty
• Valid NP or PA certification in Pennsylvania

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work standard Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Willingness to participate in a robust referral bonus program
