Job Title: Neonatology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Exciting Opportunities in Neonatal Care

Required Skills:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with active certification in neonatology preferred
- Experience working in Level III NICU settings
- Ability to perform 12 or 24-hour shifts with flexibility for ongoing or as-needed coverage
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic life support (BLS) and neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) certifications or willingness to obtain
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a high-acuity neonatal environment
- Bilingual proficiency
- Additional certifications in neonatal or pediatric advanced practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Nursing (for NP) or Physician Assistant Program from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in neonatal intensive care or a similar high-level environment
- PA State licensure or equivalent, with current neonatal-specific credentials
Other Requirements:
- Valid PA licensure required; candidates licensed in other states with the ability to obtain PA licensure welcomed
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overnight and weekend hours
- Current certifications: BLS, NRP, and ACLS preferred
- Travel or relocation reimbursements available when applicable
