This opportunity delivers care at our Community Hospital East location: 1400 N Ritter Ave, Suite 520, Indianapolis, IN.

Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team in East Indianapolis. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced advanced practice provider with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings strongly preferred.

• General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding
• M–F schedule with one holiday per year and every fifth weekend rotation

Licensure & Certification

• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
