Experienced FNP or PA – Lakeside & Show Low, AZ

Provide same-day care in a rewarding full-time role with no call, treating patients in scenic, community-focused clinics across the White Mountains.

This position is ideal for providers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing a wide variety of acute conditions, and value the autonomy to practice independently while supported by a collaborative team.

Clinic & Schedule Highlights:

• Outpatient same-day/walk-in care
• Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm (Closed Sundays)
• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• No call
• On-site imaging
• Supported by medical assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA with active Arizona license and DEA with prescriptive authority
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) and current BLS
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in same-day, urgent care, or family practice required
• Skilled in procedures and comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality care
