Advanced Women’s Care is expanding women’s healthcare services in Lake Havasu City and is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our growing rural team.
You will work alongside 1 established OB/GYN and 1 additional OB provider, helping serve a community that deeply values accessible, high-quality maternity care.
This is a rare opportunity to practice full-scope midwifery with strong physician collaboration in a supportive, close-knit environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation: $130,000–$170,000 annually (based on experience)

Ideal Candidate
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), board-certified
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical midwifery experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered)
- Experience in full-scope midwifery, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-woman care
- Comfortable managing low- to moderate-risk obstetric patients independently
- Confident collaborating with OB physicians in a team-based model
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Passionate about rural healthcare and community impact
- Comfortable practicing full-scope midwifery
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
- Committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Rural experience is welcome but not required.
