Advanced Women’s Care is expanding women’s health services in Lake Havasu City and is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing rural team.
You’ll work alongside an established OB/GYN and experienced providers, delivering essential care to a community with a strong need for accessible, high-quality maternity services.
This is a rare opportunity to practice full-scope midwifery with meaningful autonomy, strong physician collaboration, and direct community impact.

Position Highlights
- Full-scope midwifery: prenatal, labor & delivery, postpartum, and well-woman care

Who We’re Looking For
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), board-certified
- Licensed or eligible in Arizona
- 2+ years of experience preferred (strong new grads considered)
- Experience in full-scope midwifery
- Comfortable managing low- to moderate-risk patients independently
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
- Passion for rural healthcare and community impact
