Join Our Prestigious Urology Department as a Locum and Full-Time Urologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Urologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the relevant state
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
• Proven experience in outpatient clinics, surgical procedures, and urological interventions
• Strong clinical skills with proficiency in cystoscopies, biopsies, UDS testing, and other in-office procedures
• Ability to work independently with excellent decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and team collaboration

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
• Ability to perform advanced urological procedures
• Prior experience with ultrasound-guided techniques and fusion biopsies
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Urology
• Active state medical license or eligibility for licensure renewal

Other Requirements:

• Availability to participate in 24-hour on-call duties (0700-0700), primarily scheduled for 10-12 days per month
• Flexibility to work three clinic days weekly, including in-office procedures like cystoscopies, bladder biopsies, and UDS testing
• Willingness to be on-call during weekends and weekdays as needed
• Scheduled OR time averaging 2 days per week
• Starting full-time position on or around June 8, 2026
• Compensation at $1.00/hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit
