Acute Care Nurse Practitioner - Pulmonary & Critical Care Team

Join Concord Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire, a Level II Trauma Center with a 20-bed ICU, as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. This inpatient role in our Pulmonary & Critical Care team offers:

• High-acuity ICU setting
• Opportunity for professional growth in a collaborative, co-managed model
• Work with a motivated group of advanced providers delivering top medical care

Schedule:

• Three 13-hour shifts per week, mix of days, nights, and weekends
• Full-time salaried position

Qualifications:

• Completion of accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
• ICU RN experience required; APRN ICU experience preferred

Licensure & Certification:

• New Hampshire APRN license, ACNP certification, ACLS certification, and active DEA certificate

Key Responsibilities:

• First call with oversight from a supervising physician 
• Perform patient evaluations, rounding, and consultations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications
• Provide patient and family education, collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for patient safety
