Summary
This is an opportunity to practice within a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team that prioritizes open communication, thoughtful care coordination, and clinical excellence. You’ll enjoy a meaningful level of independence in your practice while collaborating closely with physicians and fellow APPs within a supportive, team-based model designed to promote professional satisfaction and work–life balance.

In this role, you’ll develop trusted relationships with patients and families, facilitate goals-of-care discussions, and provide comprehensive symptom management to improve quality of life while delivering compassionate care in a well-resourced, patient-focused environment.

Schedule

  • Part Time .7 FTE | 56 hours every two weeks | Onsite CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Marketplace
  • Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm
  • No Weekends, Holiday, or Call

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $109,990.40 - $139,880 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Preferred:

  • Palliative Care, Hospice, or Oncology experience preferred.
