Your expertise will be essential as you first assist in orthopedic surgeries, conduct thorough inpatient rounds, and expertly coordinate interdisciplinary care with our Medical and Trauma teams. Furthermore, you will manage ER patient consultations, providing accurate diagnoses, developing appropriate treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing personalized medication regimens and physical therapy.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical acumen in orthopedic trauma, demonstrating proficiency in acute care management and surgical assistance. You will be a collaborative team player, adept at working within a multidisciplinary environment to optimize patient care pathways and actively contribute to our quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, coupled with exceptional communication and decision-making skills, will be critical in delivering the highest standard of care to our trauma patients in a hospital setting.
