Summary:
CHRISTUS Health at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas, and is hiring a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This is a hospital-employed W-2 opportunity, providing a chance to join a cohesive and collaborative anesthesia care team. With the recent opening of an additional Surgery Center and an Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute, there are exciting opportunities for CRNAs to contribute to the expansion of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Join a cohesive and collaborative anesthesia care team
- Contribute to the broad case mix including surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, and more
- Experience a supportive environment that values teamwork and mutual support.
Competitive Compensation Package:
- Competitive Starting Salary for experienced CRNAs; New Grads welcomed: Opportunities to earn more.
- Guarantee of 40 hours/week pay with guaranteed scheduled premium hours.
- Premium Pay rate of $200/hour for any hours over 40 in a workweek.
- Shift Differential Pay for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends.
- Holidays at 1.5x pay rate.
- Sign-On Incentive Up To $55,000.
