Wilmington Health is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our growing ENT and Audiology team in beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for a 4th year AuD student or early-career Audiologist who is looking for mentorship, clinical growth, and a supportive team environment.

Position Highlights

• Join a growing ENT and Audiology team supporting four ENT physicians (and expanding)
• Work alongside experienced ASHA-certified Audiologists who provide mentorship and support
• Modern clinic environment with access to diagnostic equipment and support staff

Clinical Responsibilities

• Comprehensive audiologic evaluations
• Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care
• Vestibular and diagnostic testing
• Patient education and counseling
• Collaborate with ENT physicians on patient care and treatment planning
• Care for a wide variety of hearing and balance disorders

Ideal Candidate

• Entering 4th Year of Doctorate or Master’s degree in Audiology
• Licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and long-term career development
• 4th year AuD students and new graduates are encouraged to apply
