Where You’ll Practice:
This role offers variety and challenge across multiple pediatric acute care settings, including:
Each site presents a unique patient population, ensuring a well-rounded and challenging clinical experience.
What You’ll Do:
In collaboration with physicians and clinical leaders, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for pediatric patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions. These may include serious injuries and neurological, respiratory, cardiac, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, or psychiatric issues that require urgent medical or surgical intervention.
You’ll practice at the top of your license while being fully supported by experienced colleagues and interdisciplinary staff.

Requirements:
Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
One year of nursing experience as a nurse practitioner or two years of registered nurse experience in a pediatric acute care setting
Required Professional License and/or Certifications:
State of Work Location: Missouri
Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
And
Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration (Within 6 Months
Or Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State (Within 6 Months)
And one of the following:
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) - American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care (CPNP-AC) - Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care (CPNP-PC) - Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP-BC) - American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
Emergency Nurse Practitioner Certification (ENP) - American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP-BC) - American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
