• 1099 position working 43 weeks per year
• $347,000 base compensation plus $30,000 sign?on bonus

• Malpractice and tail coverage included
• First?call rotation with post?call day off

Clinical Practice:

• 87% outpatient case mix
• High-volume specialties: General, GI, Orthopedics
• Providers perform their own cases
• Candidates should be comfortable with regionals and epidurals
• Fully independent practice model
