What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver neonatal care across four NICUs in the Oklahoma City Metro area
- Provide direct patient care for newborns and infants in Level II NICUs
- Support staff with clinical decision-making and patient management
- Assist with neonatal stabilization, assessments, and procedures
- Contribute to family education and support
- Cover shifts including day, night, and on-call responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Need:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
- Neonatal, Pediatric, or related experience preferred
- Excellent clinical skills with strong communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to call situations
- Residency within immediate local area preferred; relocation may be required
